  • Scope & outline the CRM solution requirement to address the project requirements for new or existing clients;
  • Proactive assess solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements, and recommend solution changes that optimize value for both customer and the company;
  • Prepare the pitching proposal, presentation, documentation, specification, quotation & internal briefing form;
  • Work closely with client, internal cross department & external vendor to ensure the project delivery & participate in project implementation, project coordination, technical integration and training;
  • Provide coaching and professional development to sales team in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skill;
  • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive CRM solutions, e-Marketing products and services
  • Assist sales & support team to handle ad-hoc support case


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Project based on digital marketing & CRM implementation project
  • Good account management skillset for client relationship retention, contract renewal, service scope up-&-cross selling
  • Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organizational skills
  • Ability to simultaneously prioritize and multi-task projects
  • CRM, digital, technology-savvy & willing to work under pressure & tight timeline
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
